Wavelength
Wavelength is a video work I created inspired by my friend Elias O'Donnell and partner Jay O'Donoughue organically discussing the patterns of the tides on the Irish coast. I wanted to explore the physical properties of waves, audio waveforms and friends being on the same wavelength. The audio disrupts the natural rhythm of the waves by increasing and decreasing in volume in a steady manufactured pattern intended to mimic tides.
